SBI PO Exam 2022 is conducted by the State Bank of India to select candidates for the posts of Probationary Officers (PO). It is one of the most sought-after jobs in the banking industry. SBI PO Recruitment Selection Process 

To get selected for a post, you are required to clear all three stages of the SBI PO Selection Process. These 3 stages are

• Prelims- 100 questions to be answered in 1 hour.
• Mains- has both objective and descriptive questions.
• GD/Interview- Group discussion has 20 marks and interview has 30 marks.

Step 1: Go to the official website of the State Bank of India.

Step 2: Click on the link to apply online for SBI PO Recruitment.

Step 3: Click on the Register Here option

Step 4: Give your Phone number and date of birth to register.

Step 5: After you are registered, log in again by using the Roll no/Registration ID and Password to fill the form.

Step 6: Enter the details asked such as personal information, educational qualifications, and other such information. You will also be asked to attach a photo and signature of yourself.

Step 7: Submit the application fees and click on Submit the Form option.

Step 8: Take a printout of the fee receipt and the SBI PO application form.

SBI PO Exam 2022- Eligibility 

The following are the eligibility requirements as per the SBI PO notification 2021. The candidate must possess the prescribed qualification, and age as of the date mentioned in the notification.

1. SBI PO Age Limit: 

The candidate must be 21 Years to 30 Years i.e. candidates must have been born between 02.04.1992 and 01.04.2001 (both dates inclusive). Check the age relaxation below.

2. SBI PO Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 
• Those who are in the Final year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they must produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.
• Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before the date mentioned in the notification. 
• Candidates with Chartered Accountant certification may also apply. 

3. SBI PO Number of Attempts

 The recruitment authorities have capped the number of attempts candidates have. However, the number of times you have taken the Prelims exams does not count as an attempt. Get the details of the number of attempts for the SBI PO below.

The salary for a Probationary Officer is released by the authorities in the SBI PO notification. According to the previous notification, these are some of the details you should be aware of- 

• Basic Pay- Rs 41,960
• Advance Increments- 4
• Scale applicable- 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
• Allowances- D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical, and other allowances
• Average CTC- 8.20 lakhs to 13.08 lakhs per annum.
