Apply Online for IBPS PO Exam 2022

Candidates who would like to apply to the IBPS PO Recruitment have to apply online, by logging on to the online portal. Follow the sequence of steps given below to apply online for the IBPS PO Exam.

Step 1: Visit the IBPS official website.

Step 2: Go to the homepage and search for the CRP PO/MT listed on the life side of the page.

Step 3: Click on the link saying “Click here to Apply Online for Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainee-XI CRP PO/MT-XI”.

Step 4: Click on the link saying “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”.

Step 5: Fill out the IBPS PO Application form with the required details. Also, upload the necessary documents. 

Step 6: Pay the IBPS PO Application Fee 

Step 7: Click on the Submit option after rechecking your form at least twice.

Step 8: Finally, keep a copy of the IBPS PO application fee for future references.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the previous year are given so that aspirants willing to apply online for the post of PO can know the requirements. The eligibility criteria as per the IBPS PO Notification 2021 are

1. IBPS PO Educational Qualification 

• Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India. 

2. IBPS PO Nationality

• Citizen of India
• Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
• Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
• Person of Indian Origin migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India

3. IBPS PO Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age for Others: 30 Years

IBPS PO Selection Process

The IBPS PO notification states that the exam has three stages which are given below:

• Online Preliminary Examination: It has 3 sections with a total of 100 questions and a maximum score of 100 marks.
• Online Mains Examination: This stage has 5(4+1) sections with a total score of 200+25 marks and a total duration of 180+30 minutes.
• Interview: It is conducted by the Participating Organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT, IBPS helps them with this process.

1. IBPS PO Prelims Exam

The IBPS PO Prelims Exam is based on three subjects, English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer in the IBPS PO Exam. Get details of the stage here.

2. IBPS PO Mains Exam

3. IBPS PO Interview

The candidates who have cleared the main exam are called for a face-to-face interview. It carries a maximum of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying mark in the IBPS PO interview
