SSC JHT Notification 2022 Out: Know the Selection Process, Eligibility Criteria & Apply Online

The SSC JHT Recruitment Announcement was released on July 20, 2022, inviting applications from eligible applicants for the combined recruitment of SSC Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Hindi Pradhyapak. Candidates can apply from July 20, 2022 to August 4, 2022 as per the SSC JHT Notification 2022. The SSC Hindi Junior Translator Examination is conducted every year by the SSC Junior Translator Examination.

• Interested candidates must meet the required SSC JHT eligibility criteria to ensure their applications are not rejected.  
• Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old to be eligible for the SSC JHT exam. Although there are age relaxations in the upper age limits of various categories, which are given below in this article.
• A candidate must pass the selection process in order to get selected. There are two levels of selection, i.e., Document I (CBT) and Document II (Descriptive).

SSC JHT Notification 2022: Vacancy

SSC will soon post a vacancy for a Junior Hindi Translator. The board recently released the detailed notification for 2022, but the vacancies will be communicated soon. SSC JHT Notification 2022: Apply Online  

Candidates who are qualified for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator under SSC Junior Translator Recruitment 2022 can apply online through the official website or by clicking on the direct SSC Junior Translator Apply online link provided below. The SSC Junior Translator Apply Online Link has been activated and will remain active until August 4, 2022, for filling out the form for SSC Junior Translator positions. It is recommended that candidates apply well in advance to avoid the last-minute rush.

Step 2: Fill out the SSC JHT registration request form.

Step 3: You will be assigned a registration number as well as a password.

Step 4: You can now log in using the registration number and password you received when you registered.

SSC Junior Hindi Translator Application Fees 2022

While filling out the SSC Junior Translator online application form, candidates applying for SSC JHT Recruitment 2022 must pay an application fee. Candidates must go through the SSC JHT selection process, which consists of four phases, in order to be hired for the SSC JHT 2022:

• A Written Examination (Tier-1)
• A Written Examination (Tier-2)
• Document Verification
• A Medical Examine

SSC JHT Notification 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for the position of Junior Hindi Translator must have the qualifications approved by the relevant authority and meet the criteria for SSC-JHT authorization specified by the authority. Only candidates who meet the requirements are eligible for this position. The SSC JHT eligibility criteria are divided into age limit and educational level, which are listed below.

SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria – Age Limit  

The age limit for candidates applying for the SSC JHT position is listed below. In addition to the age limit, certain categories candidates who are over the age limit are given some age relief.

Educational Qualifications

The following are the minimum educational requirements for SSC Junior Translator:

Junior Translator in Central Secretariat Official Language Service (CSOLS)	Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Senior Hindi Translator in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/Offices	Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Nationality

SSC Junior Translator 2022 candidates must be citizens of India, Nepal, or Bhutan. If a candidate is a citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, the Government of India must issue a Certificate of Eligibility in his or her favor.

SSC JHT Notification 2022: Exam Pattern

The Staff Selection Commission has published the 2022 exam pattern. The detailed Computer Based Test (CBT) exam pattern is provided below.

Paper 1:

• There will be 200 multiple-choice questions worth one point each.
• The test will last two hours and forty minutes for candidates who are scribes.
• Each incorrect answer will result in a 0.25 point deduction.
