REET Exam 2022- Exam Date, Notification, Eligibility
The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) released the notification for REET Exam 2022. Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher (REET) is conducted to provide certification to teaching aspirants in the state of Rajasthan. The REET scorecard remains valid for three years. Application submission for the same will take place from the 18th of April 2022 to the 18th of May 2022. Read the article till the end to know all the details.
- The Exam is scheduled to take place on 23rd and 24th July 2022.
- Candidates will be able to submit their applications on the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan.
- REET conducts two papers – Level 1 (Class I to V) and Level 2 (Class VI to VIII).

How to Apply for REET Exam?
Candidates will be able to apply for the Exam from the 18th of April 2022 to the 18th of May 2022. While submitting their applications, candidates should have the necessary documents with them. Given below are the steps to fill out the REET Exam Form.
Step 1: Visit the official website of BSER.
Step 2: Click on the link to apply for REET-2022.
Step 3: Enter all the required details.
Step 4: Upload the necessary documents, your photograph, and your signature.
Step 5: Make the application fee payment and submit. Make sure you save the REET Exam Form for future use.
Application Fee
The amount of the application fee to be submitted varies for different candidates. There is no application fee for the candidates who were applicants for REET Level-2 in the year 2021. Others are required to pay the fees via Challan/Debit Card/Net-banking/E-Mitra. Here are the specific details.

REET Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Candidates appearing for the Exam will only be eligible if they have the minimum educational qualification. Candidates will be required to submit supporting documents as proof of educational qualification. Here are the details of the REET Eligibility Criteria.

Level-1 (Class I to V) | Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education Or, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Or, Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education passed. Or, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulation, 2002. |
Level-2 (Class VI to VIII) | Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education passed or appearing in the final year of this course. Or, Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. REET Level-1 Exam Pattern
The REET Notification 2022 gives the detailed structure of the exam. We will first be talking about the REET Syllabus and Pattern for the Level-1 exam.
- The question paper will consist of 150 questions carrying one mark each.
- The time allotted to attempt the questions is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- There will be five sections to the question paper.
- The questions asked will be Multiple Choice Types.

- There will be a total of 150 questions carrying one mark each.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- There will be four sections to the question paper.
- The questions asked will be Multiple Choice Types.

Minimum Passing Marks for REET Recruitment
In order to get the Eligibility Certificate, candidates must score the Minimum Passing Marks. As mentioned in the REET Notification, the following are the category-wise minimum passing marks required.
