According to the CUET Detailed Notification, the application process already started on 6th April 2022 and will close on 6th May 2022. The National Test Agency conducts CUET. CUET is the Central Universities Entrance Test for admission to different programs of participating Central Universities.
Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUET) is recommended by the government. There will be more than 60 CUET Universities and colleges participating. Some experts believed that this Entrance Test reduces the high cut-off competition of reputed central universities. The National Educational Policy’s purpose was to bring radical changes to the education set up in the country and paved the way for the Common Entrance Test.
A list of 44 CUET includes Universities and colleges like Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), University of Delhi (DU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), etc. Earlier CUET is conducted on an annual basis in offline mode, According to the new plan, CUET will be conducted in online mode by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

CUET Universities: Things to Consider for CUET 2022
- Candidates must remember to check the CUET Universities before they apply.
- Candidates are required to choose a minimum of three CUET Universities in the form.
- Candidates are advised to select their preferred University carefully because no changes will be made, once they submit the application form.
- If a candidate wishes to apply to more than three CUET Universities, they have to pay an extra Rs.800 and SC/ST has to pay Rs. 350 by SC/ST.
- Candidates need to report to their selected CUET University to get admission.
