Bar Council of Rajasthan Advocate List: The Bar Council of Rajasthan, Jodhpur is an Autonomous body established and Constituted in the year 1961. It has been founded under the provisions of the Advocates Act 1961. The Advocates Act 1961 provides for the establishment of State Bar Councils in Section 3 thereof with a maximum of 25 elected members. The office of Rajasthan Bar Council is located at High Court Premises, Jodhpur.
Mr. Rajesh Panwar is the Chairman and Dr. Sachin Acharya is the Vice-Chairman of the Rajasthan Bar Council. The Advocate General of the State of Rajasthan is an Ex-officio member of the Council. Mr. Mahendra Singh Singhvi is the current Advocate General of Rajasthan and an Ex-officio member of the Rajasthan Bar Council.

Step 1. Visit the Rajasthan Bar Council website.
Step 2. Click on “Online Registration” under the ‘Enrolment’ head. The Online Registration Form will appear.
Step 3. Enter your Citizen details and verify. Click on ‘Next’ thereafter.
Step 4. Similarly, enter your Personal, Address, and Contact details and verify before clicking on “Next”.
Step 5. Click on the “Submit” button to submit your details. You have completed the registration process.
Bar Council of Rajasthan: Advocate Welfare Fund
The Bar Council of Rajasthan, Jodhpur is the trustee of the fund established and maintained under the provision of the Rajasthan Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1987 wherein not only retirement benefits to its member Advocates are given out by the Bar Council but even financial aid in case of death or bodily injury is provided to its members by the Rajasthan Bar Council.
