TN TRB Eligibility Criteria 2022

Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board conducts an online examination for the post of Lecturers in Polytechnic colleges that come under the Tamil Nadu government. This is a Computer Based Test organized by Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board. The aspirants who wish to apply for this examination must fulfil the TN TRB Eligibility 2022. 

TN TRB Postgraduate Assistant eligibility 2022

The candidates applying for these posts should have passed the Tamil Language as Part I or Part II up to SSLC and PUC/ Higher Secondary Course levels. If not, candidates should pass the Tamil Language Test conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission within two years from the date of their appointment.

Candidates should have completed M.A./ M.Sc./ M.Com. in the relevant subject with B.Ed. As per G.O.Ms.No. 361 School Education Department dated 31-12-1999. Moreover, In Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree, candidates should have studied the same subject both for academic subjects and Languages.
Physical education Directors Grade I		Candidates should have any Bachelor’s Degree from UGC/NCTE recognised universities only with M.P.Ed. Degree

TN TRB Computer Instructor Grade I eligibility 2022

The candidates who wish to apply for TN TRB computer instructor 2022 should check below the details about TN TRB Eligibility.

Ed from the National Council of Teacher Education recognised institution.  Or  The candidates should have a postgraduate degree or its equivalent with 50% from a recognised university and B.A in Education/B.Sc. Ed from any NCTE recognised institution.

TN TRB Special Teacher eligibility 2022

TN TRB Special teacher exam is conducted for 4 different disciplines. So, educational qualifications are also different for these disciplines. The details for the eligibility of Special Teacher are given in the table below.

Age limit: candidates who wish to apply for TN TRB Special Teacher should not be more than 40 years of age. However, age relaxation for up to 5 years can be availed by SC/ST or any other category candidates.

Physical Education Teacher	The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks or candidates who have passed plus 2 or its equivalent and must have participated in sports/games at least school/college/ district level following the National Council for Teacher Education.
Craft Instructor	Candidates should have a Diploma in Costume Designing and Dress making issued by the Board of Technical Education and Training, Chennai or Certificate in needlework/dressmaking and embroidery or the candidates should have cleared the Technical Teachers Certificate examination conducted by the Director of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu.
Music Teacher	Degree in Music from a  recognised University approved by UGC in the state or its equivalent   Or candidates should have a Diploma in Music from the Madras University or Madurai Kamaraj University or should have Government Technical Examination Certificate (Higher Grade) in Music with 40% (separately in Theory and Practical) under the diversified course  and should also have Technical Teachers Certificate  Or candidates should have a Diploma in Music Teaching awarded by the Director of Government Examinations / Teachers Certificate in Indian Music issued by the Director of Government Examinations However, it is Provided that the educational qualification 10+2 prescribed shall not apply to the candidates who passed SSLC before 2005 and successfully undergone the Technical Teachers Certificate Examination conducted by the Director of Government Examinations

TN TRB Assistant Professors Eligibility 2022

TN TRB Assistant professor recruitment occurs in three fields. Assistant professors in Arts and Sciences, Assistant Professors in Law, Assistant Professors in Engineering. The educational qualifications and age limit are different for all three posts. Given below are the details for the eligibility criteria for TN TRB Assistant professors. No prior experience is needed to apply for these posts. The candidate should be an Indian citizen to be able to apply for these posts.

Educational Qualifications	Masters degree in law from any recognised university  for the application in the relevant subject (with a minimum 55% marks)  AND candidate must have qualified National Eligibility Test and must have been enrolled as an advocate in the Bar council.	A candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech and  M.E/M.Tech in the relevant branch of engineering with first division.	Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% of marks AND should have passed NET/SLET/SET/SLST/ CSIR/JRF in the relevant subject as per the latest UGC norms.
