MANAGE RECRUITMENT 2022: Eligibility Criteria for Each Post

Various posts for the MANAGE Recruitment 2022 have been declared. Aspirants must be thorough on the criteria of eligibility to apply for the different posts. The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Recruitment has set the following eligibility criteria for each of these managerial positions:-

Educational Qualification

Team Leader (Natural Farming)

• Must have a PhD in Agricultural Sciences and knowledge of Agricultural Development.
• Must have five years of experience in this area.
• Three years minimum experience in different fields such as Sustainable Agriculture, Organic Agriculture, etc.

                  Or

• Must have a Post Graduation degree in Agricultural Sciences with ten years of experience in the same field. 
• Candidates up to the age of 62 can apply for the post.

Experts ( Natural Farming)

• Must possess a doctoral degree in Agricultural Sciences such as Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Business Management, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Entomology, etc.

                              Or,

• Post graduation degree in Agricultural Sciences such as Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Business Management, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Entomology, etc.

                 Or, 

• Post Graduation in any subject with ten years of experience in the Agricultural Sciences. 

Outreach Specialist (Natural Farming)

• A postgraduate from a field such as Agricultural Extension, Agri-Business Management, Economics, Plant Pathology, etc.
• Experience in working on social media for agricultural development initiatives.

Project Executive (IT)

• Must have an MCA degree or an M.tech degree in IT or Computer Science.

Project Executive (Finance)

• Postgraduates with degrees such as M.COM/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ICMA with three years of experience in research areas can apply for the post.

Tele Advisor (Natural Farming)

• Candidates with Post Graduation in Agriculture and specialization in Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Business Management, Plant Pathology, etc. can apply for the post.
• Three years experience in Agricultural Development.

Project Assistant 

• Must have a Post Graduate degree from any discipline.

Supporting staff

• Candidates with a matriculation degree can apply for the post of supporting staff.
