Nationality

To take the NABARD grade A exam in 2022, the candidate must be an Indian citizen. To be eligible for the program, one must provide documentation proving that they are an Indian citizen. The exam for the post of Assistant Manager-Grade “A” in RDBS/ Rajbhasha Service/ Legal Service with NABARD is not open to applicants of any other nationality.

Educational Qualifications

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a specific subject or specialty in order to be eligible for the NABARD Grade A 2022 exam. Consequently, the candidate must have selected and pursued that subject throughout all of their semesters as a major, as stated on the university-issued degree certificate.

Finance	Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any field and either a BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55 percent), OR a two-year full-time P.G. diploma in management (Finance) or a full-time MBA (Finance) degree with 55 percent (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50 percent).Candidates must submit a certificate from their college or university attesting to their financial specialisation OR a Bachelors of Financial and Investment Analysis degree with 60 percent (SC/ST/PWBD applicants: 55 percent) or Any discipline bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or institution, along with membership in the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI). A CFA OR ICAI membership must be acquired on or before July 1, 2022.
Computer and Information Technology	Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/Information Technology with 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate, ORA post graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/Information Technology with 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA)	a Bachelor’s degree in English or Hindi from an accredited university with English and Hindi as a required or elective subject and a minimum overall grade point average of 60% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants: 55%), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation (minimum a year) in Hindi to English and vice versa from an accredited university.Candidates must have taken English and Hindi for at least two years of their undergraduate studies.Master’s degree in HINDI required, with a minimum overall score of 60% (for SC/ST/PWBD applicants, it must be 55%). Candidates must have completed at least two years of a bachelor’s degree programme with English as a main or elective subject. OR M.A. in ENGLISH with at least a 60 percent overall mark (55 percent for SC/ST/PWBD applicants). Candidates must have completed at least two years of a bachelor’s degree programme with Hindi as a main or elective subject. The ability to translate from Hindi to English and vice versa is required of candidates.
