What is PGT Post in KVS Exam?
KVS Exam has different categories. PGT or Post Graduate Trained Teacher is for those candidates who have completed their Post graduation in concerned subjects and B.ed and aspire to become a teacher in KVS Schools. Is CTET necessary for KVS PGT?
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test Examination (CTET) is a PAN India Examination in which candidates have to qualify for the CTET Examination to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in KVS, NVS, and DSSSB Schools. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is not compulsory for the PGT Post. The Central Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted for the PRTs and TGTs. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII.
