The Indian Agricultural Research Institute or the Pusa Institute, is India’s National Institute for agricultural research, and education. IARI falls under the control of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, DARE, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. ICAR releases recruitment notifications for various posts. Recently, it released a recruitment notification for 641 ICAR Technicians to be recruited at various centers. The notice issued on 14th February 2022 mentioned that the ICAR Technician Exam will take place on 28th February, 2nd March, 4th March, and 5th March 2022.

To apply for the ICAR Technician Exam 2022, follow the steps stated here.
Step 1: Go to the IARI official website.
Step 2: Click on Recruitment Cell>> Notice Board>> Technician.
Step 3: A new page appears on the screen, this is the form to apply
Step 4: Enter the details asked such as personal information, educational qualifications, and other such information. You have to attach a photo and signature of yourself as well.
Step 5: Pay the stated fee for the application.
Step 6: Click on Submit the Form option.
Step 7: Take a printout of the fee receipt and the ICAR Technician application form.

The following are the eligibility requirements as per the ICAR Technician notification 2022. The candidate must possess the prescribed qualification, and age as of the date mentioned in the notification.
The candidate must be 18 Years to 30 Years (as of 10/01/2022).
Applicants applying for ICAR Technician recruitment 2022 are required to hold a Matriculation pass certificate or equivalent from a recognized Board.
To get selected for the course, you are required to clear a Computer-based Test of 1.5 hours. Get detailed information on the test below.
