The TNPSC Laboratory Assistant Recruitment 2022 selection process is divided into three parts, as follows:
Phase I – Written Exam: All candidates will take a common written examination. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their performance in the written exam in a 1:5 ratio.
Phase II – Personal Interview: Shortlisted Candidates will have to appear in an interview for final selection.
Phase III – Document Verification: The selected candidates will have to go through document verification for the final offer.
The eligibility requirements for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Laboratory Assistant Recruitment 2022 are listed below.
An applicant for the position of Lab Assistant must have completed senior secondary school (12th grade) with a Science stream or a similar topic from a recognised board or university. In the selection process, candidates with the following competencies are given preference.

Aspirants who are selected for the post of Laboratory Assistant in TNPSC will be paid a monthly salary of INR 20,000, plus allowances such as Dearness Allowance and other benefits.
