On October 8, 1932, the Indian Air Force was established. The Indian Air Force Day will be celebrated for the 90th time in 2022. This day is nothing short of a national festival, with an outpouring of patriotism and enthusiasm. All hearts are filled with pride, and heads are raised to the sky as if it belongs to us.
The official parades are witnessed by Air Stations across the country. The Indian Air Force will stage a parade at the Hindon Airbase in Ghaziabad to demonstrate its strength and power.

“A scintillating air display by various aircraft will be the hallmark of the Air Force Day Parade-cum-investiture Ceremony at Air Force Station Hindan (Ghaziabad),” according to a press release issued by the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
The press release also included “At 08:00 a.m., flag-bearing skydivers from the famous AKASH GANGA Team will drop out of AN-32 aircraft in their colourful canopies. The flypast would include historic aircraft, modern transport planes, and front-line fighter planes. The spellbinding aerobatic display will conclude the ceremony at 10:52 a.m.”
Wazirpur Bridge, Karwalnagar, Afjalpur, Hindon, Shamli, Jiwana, Gandhinagar, Hapur, and Pilkhuwa are among the areas over which the aircraft will fly at low altitudes.
