• Former and current legislators/state ministers, as well as former and current members of Lok Sabha/ Rajya Sabha/ State Legislative Assemblies/ State Legislative Councils, former and present municipal corporation mayors, and former and present District Panchayat Chairpersons
• All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/State Government ministers/Offices/Departments and their field units, Central or State PSEs and Attached offices/Autonomous lnstitutions under Government, as well as regular employees of Local Bodies (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class lV/Group D employees)
• A retired person receiving a monthly pension of more than Rs. 10,000.
• All individuals who paid income tax in the previous assessment year
• Professionals such as doctors, engineers’ lawyers, chartered accountants, and architects who are registered with professional bodies and practise their profession.
