KSB PMSS Scholarship Form: New Registration

Previously, applications for the PM Scholarship Scheme could only be submitted in person. However, the entire procedure has now been moved online, making submitting your KSB PMSS Scholarship Form much easier and faster. If you are a first-time applicant, you can apply for the PMSS Scholarship 2022 online by following the KSB PMSS Scholarship Form instructions below:

  • Visit the KSB’s website at www.ksb.gov.in.
  • Select the PMSS link, followed by the List of documents to be uploaded. Also, please download Annexures 1, 2, and 3.
  • Complete all annexures, scan them, and save them somewhere on your computer or pendrive.
  • Now is the time to visit the Apply Online PMSS Scholarship Link.
  • Fill out Parts 1 and 2 with ESM information, then upload your passport-sized photo.
  • Following registration, the registered email address will receive a login ID, password, and a link with an activation link.
  • Sign in with your credentials after clicking the activation link.
  • Now, under “New Application,” select the Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme.
  • Parts 1-3 must be completed, and all original documents must be scanned and uploaded in the KSB PMSS Scholarship Form.
  • Finally, save and forward your application to complete KSB PMSS Scholarship Form.

Note: Please keep in mind that if you save but do not forward, the application will remain in your dashboard pending and will not be considered.

KSB PMSS Scholarship Form: Renewal

Students who have already been accepted into PMSS and are in their second or subsequent year do not need to apply again. Such students must only apply for Renewal Application at the end of each academic year until they have completed the course. Students should keep the following points in mind:

  • A minimum of 50% is required each semester / academic year.
  • It is mandatory to pass all subjects in each semester/year on the first try.
  • Renewal applications are processed on a rolling basis throughout the year, with the exception of January through May.
  • The student may apply for scholarship renewal within one year of the results being announced.

Follow these simple steps to renew your PMSS application:

Step 1: Navigate to the PMSS Renewal Application Link.

Step 2: Enter your login information, such as username and password.

Step 3: Enter the verification code and press the “Login” button.

Step 4: Finally, update and upload all required documents.

Step 5: Finally, click the “Save” button to save your changes.

Please keep in mind that if a student fails or receives a RA in any subject, his or her scholarship will be revoked. He will no longer be eligible for PMSS payments in the future.

Documents Required for Renewal Applications

Candidates must scan and upload the original copies of the following documents when completing their Renewal KSB PMSS Scholarship Form:

  • Annexure-1
  • Annexure-2
  • Annexure-3
  • Original university mark sheets (both semesters / academic year). Computer-generated mark sheets are not permitted to be uploaded.
  • Annexure-4 (Not applicable to all Students).
  • Student’s first page of a bank pass book or a cancelled cheque leaf

KSB PMSS Scholarship Purpose

  • The major goal of the programme is to give money to the kids of fallen police officers, Coast Guard members, and ex-servicemen so they may continue their education without any financial worries.
  • The amount of the scholarship will be awarded to the family’s male and girl children once they have earned 60% of the possible points in intermediate classes.

Benefits of the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Program (PMSS)
