Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) are conducted by the government of Telangana. Whereas, Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. If we consider TS EAMCET VS AP EAMCET, there is no noticeable difference between these two exams except the college admission.
AP EAMCET VS TS EAMCET is mentioned below based on a specific point.
Candidates who will be selected in TS EAMCET can take admitted to JNTUH or Osmania University. But the candidates selected in AP EAMCET will not be able to get any seats at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH). But they have the opportunity to get a seat at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK).
Both TS EAMCET & AP EAMCET have similar examination patterns:
Total number of questions | 160 |
Type of the questions | Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) |
Mode of the examination | Computer-Based Test (CBT) |
Languages | English, Urdu, Telugu |
Duration of the exam | 3 hours |
Marking scheme | 1 mark for each right answer |
Negative Marking | No negative marking for wrongly answered question |
Here candidates can get the subject-wise marks division and the number of questions:
Subjects | Marks | Number of Questions |
---|---|---|
Physics | 40 | 40 |
Chemistry | 40 | 40 |
Mathematics | 80 | 80 |
Total | 160 | 160 |
Candidates can check the chart below:
Type of the questions | Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) |
Total number of questions | 160 |
Mode of the examination | Computer-Based Test (CBT) |
Duration of the exam | 3 hours |
Languages | English, Urdu, Telugu |
Negative Marking | No negative marking for wrongly answered question |
