Telangana Police Selection Process: On its official website, the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) released the official notification for the recruitment of police, firefighters, and warders in various departments across the state. Written examination, Preliminary Test (PT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Final Written Examination are used to select applicants for Telangana Police Recruitment positions (FWE). The detailed exam pattern can be found below.
Applicants must answer objective type questions on Arithmetic Ability & Reasoning, and General Studies in the Preliminary Test, which is the first step of selection for Telangana Police Recruitment. The Preliminary Test will consist of 200 questions worth 200 points, and the exam will last 3 hours.

Telangana Police aspirants are expected to pass the Physical Measurement test after passing the Preliminary Test by qualifying different physical characteristics shown in the table below according to their categories.

The Physical Efficiency Test is the third and most crucial stage of the Telangana Police Selection Process, in which applicants must qualify and score in the test based on their categories and the positions for which they have applied. The Final Written Examination is the final stage of the Telangana Police Selection Process, in which applicants will be evaluated based on their performance in a written objective test, and a final merit list will be produced and published after trying to analyze applicants’ performance at each stage of the selection process.
