Kerala SET Exam: The LBS Centre for Science and Technology conducts State Eligibility Test. This year, the notification was out on 6th April. Its registration was conducted between 6th April to 30th April. The examination will take place on 24th July. Candidates will be able to download the admit cards 10-15 days before the exam. Applicants should print their individual admit cards and bring them to the examination center that the authorities have designated. It should be mentioned that applicants must pass the Kerala State Eligibility Test in order to be hired as Higher Secondary School Teachers and Non-Vocational Teachers in Vocational Higher Secondary Education in Kerala. Kerala SET is held twice a year in Kerala for 31 different courses.

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the Kerala SET Jan Exam 2022 can apply. The steps for applying are outlined below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Kerala SET. Register with a valid mobile phone number. For confirmation, an OTP (one-time-password) will be given to the provided mobile number.
Step 2: After completing the registration procedure, begin filling out the application form with all relevant information, such as personal information, exam/subject preferences, educational information, and so on.
Step 3: An uploaded photograph’s image criteria must be 200 pixels high by 150 pixels wide, with a file size of no more than 30 KB in jpg format. Using the Testbook Resize Tool, upload the relevant documents in the prescribed format.
Step 4: Candidates must then pay the appropriate application cost for their category.
Step 5: Before submitting your application, double-check that all of your information is correct.
Step 6: Press the submit button and print a copy of the application form for your records.
Candidates who will be filling out and submitting an application form must ensure that they pay the required application cost. The application fee will differ depending on the candidate’s category. Applicants for the Kerala SET Exam 2022 must meet specific criteria established by the Kerala government. The following is a list of the Kerala SET Eligibility Criteria in detail.
There is no age limit to appear for the Kerala SET examination. Candidates only need to have the required educational qualification.
The applicant must have a Master’s Degree in the relevant topics with a minimum of 50% or equivalent grade, as well as a B.Ed. degree in any discipline. The following are some exceptions:

For all applicants, Kerala SET Paper I is the same. Paper I is divided into two sections: Part (A) General Knowledge and Part (B) Teaching Aptitude. The exam will take a total of 2 hours to complete. The table below contains a complete exam pattern.

To apply for the SET, fill out the application form. The certificate can be downloaded at the LBS Centre’s official website.
The board will issue an admission card to candidates who have completed the application process for the Kerala SET test 2022 on its official website. The admit card will include information from the application form, such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, photograph, and signature. It will also include specific exam instructions to be followed on the exam day.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Print Your Kerala SET Admit Cars 2021’ link. Click on it.
Step 3: Fill in the Registration ID and any other pertinent information.
Step 4: Print the Admit Card that appears on the screen after downloading it. Before taking the test, carefully read the instructions stated on the Kerala SET Admit Card.
For each subject, an answer sheet (OMR Answer Sheet) will be released by the exam conducting organization. The predicted marks are checked against the answer key to determine your success. You attempt a carbon copy for each paper and are then released to know your marked responses. On completion of each paper, the invigilator in the examination hall will separate the carbon copies of the OMR sheets and give them over to you. Candidates can send their grievances about the Kerala SET Answer Key to the Director, LBS Centre payable at Thiruvananthapuram along with a DD of Rs 300. Candidates who want a photocopy of the OMR Answer Sheet can get one on payment.
Cut-offs are the minimum qualifying marks needed to be considered for a position. On the official website, the board will soon publish the Kerala SET Exam 2022 cut-off marks. Candidates who took the exam can use the Kerala SET cut off marks to estimate their chances of being selected. The exam conducting authorities will update the cut-off information for this recruitment in due time. The minimum qualifying marks are as follows.

The board will declare the Kerala SET test 2022 result on its official website a few days after the exam. Candidates who meet the board’s cut-off criteria will be awarded a passing certificate. Candidates would be allowed to apply for the position of higher secondary school teacher in various Kerala district schools with the aid of this certificate. Candidates can calculate their scores using the answer key that will be made available on the official website after the examination.

Those who apply for a SET certificate after one year has passed since the results were published must pay a late fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 500 only) for the next year and an additional Rs. 250/- (Rs. 250 only) for each subsequent year.
