The National Legal Services Day 2022 theme has not yet been announced. The National Legal Services Theme 2022 will be announced shortly. Every resident of India is given rights and opportunities, and basic facilities are provided to every citizen so that they can live in the country without fear of discrimination, and Legal Services Day is one of those days when people are given every kind of basic facility related to Food, Water, Shelter, Medicines, Clothes, and Education. Residents are educated on their rights and the opportunities provided by the Government of India so that they can receive their welfare benefits and live a life free of poverty. Meetings of higher legal services authorities are held to commemorate Legal Services Day. The authorities debate the most recent legal services laws and orders in order to provide the greatest benefit to the citizens of the country and assist them in leading happy lives.
Although National Legal Services Day was established on October 11, 1987, it did not go into effect until November 9, 1995. In 1995, the Supreme Court established Legal Services Day to provide citizens with appropriate assistance. That is when the court began the process of enacting the Legal Services Authorities Act.
The main reason for establishing this day is to provide assistance to all those who require it. The primary goal of this day was to raise awareness whenever people go to court to resolve their problems. Furthermore, people from the weaker sections of society do the same thing without much difficulty. It generally referred to women, natural disaster victims, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes. People who are victims of human trafficking are also classified as vulnerable.
