NABARD Grade A Salary: By releasing the notification on 12th July 2022, NABARD has announced 170 vacancies for the NABARD Grade A recruitment. NABARD Grade A Annual Package

The basic pay for Grade A posts in NABARD is Rs. 28,150. The employees are paid within the PayScale Rs 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)- 46600-EB-1750(4) – 53600-2000(1) – 55600. However, the in-hand salary at initial monthly gross emoluments is Rs. 62,600/-

Salary Increment

With the increasing experience as a Grade A officer, an employee’s salary is subject to increments. Here is what the basic pay and increment look like at different years of employment.

As per the eligibility of a NABARD Grade A officer, the bank will offer to cover their expenses for the following subjects.

NABARD Grade A Probation Period

Once you make it through the selection process, your recruitment will be done. However, initially, for 2 years, you will have to serve a probationary period. This might extend to another year as well.
