The eligibility criteria in terms of age limit, educational qualification, and nationality is given as follows.
The applicant must be at least 18 years old and no older than 36. To be eligible for this post, candidates must have been born between the dates of 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included).
The increased age relaxation limit is available to eligible candidates.
A degree in any discipline, such as Arts, Science, or Commerce, from a registered and recognized university in India, is required for the Kerala PSC Secretariat Assistant Job. To apply for this position, you only need a high school diploma.
An Indian citizen or a Nepalese or Bhutanese subject is required. Tibetans who came before January 1, 1962, in India are also welcome. Candidates of Indian ancestry who have permanently relocated to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, or the United Tanzanian Republic are also eligible to appear for the Kerala PSC Secretariat Assistant Recruitment Exam.

The selection will be based on the written/ OMR/ Online Objective examination. According to the new concept, the Commission may conduct a combined exam based on educational requirements that includes Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Through their One Time Registration profile, candidates must confirm their intent to take the exam. Such candidates can print and download their own Admission Tickets in the final 15 days before the test. Applicants who do not confirm their applications within the stated time range will be automatically rejected.
A uniform OMR test will be administered to both direct recruitment and transfer candidates.
Candidates who have been shortlisted will be called for an interview and document review.
