The participating universities of the CUET will announce the CUET 2023 counseling schedule in online mode. CUET 2023 counseling will be conducted after the release of the result of the entrance test. CUET 2023 counseling is only open to the candidates who have passed the test and have cleared the cut-offs. On the day of counseling, you need to carry the admission form of the respective university. You also need to carry some other documents. Without these documents, your candidature might get canceled.
Each university will release its own date for conducting this process. When the dates of CUCET 2023 counseling will release, candidates should keep a track of counseling events at each participating university. The CUET 2023 counseling process will have the following steps:
Step 1: Candidates will have to register online on the portal of their desired university once the notification of the counseling process will release.
Step 2: Each participating university will release its individual list of candidates who are eligible to participate in its counseling process. It will be based on the CUET Cut Off.
Step 3: They will then appear in the counseling process which can be either online or offline.
Step 4: A merit list will be released containing the names of students who will get admission to the university. It will be released according to the courses.
Step 5: Upon allotment of seats, candidates will pay the admission fee and convey to the university their acceptance of the admission offer.
After the candidates have submitted their acceptance of the admission offer, universities will come to know of the vacant seats as well. Based on this number, the participating universities will declare a CUET Spot Counseling. Those who were not allotted a seat in the original counseling rounds can participate in the spot counseling as well.
